*Orders will be dispatched by ‘Hues and Feels’ with in 2 days (if not holiday)

*Estimated delivery time varies according to the destination to which you want the order to be shipped.

*Speed Post takes 7 – 10 working days to deliver orders.

*All shipments will be sent via Indian Postal Service unless specifically requested for through other courier carriers.

*All shipment tracking details will be shared with the customer via email once the shipment has
been dispatched.

Please provide as many details and photos of damage/fault as possible. We will review each case and offer refunds or replacements at our discretion.
